LandPlay assisted the development of high-amenity multi-units at the rear of St Margaret's College. Our team prepared the resource consent application that navigated various non-compliances relating to site coverage, recession planes, vehicle manoeuvring, minimum floor space, setbacks, and outdoor living areas. The outcome was a transformation of the existing built form to eight architecturally designed units.
