Residential Subdivision

LandPlay worked with three separate landowners to create a development block. We successfully obtained respective subdivision consent approvals on the suburban fringe of Timaru to enable a larger development block. The process involved complexities relating to infrastructure and fragmented land ownership, and the outcome sought to create a feasible development block. Following the creation of the development block, LandPlay worked alongside a registered valuer to determine development feasibility for the landowners.
