Rural Lifestyle Subdivision

LandPlay obtained land use and subdivision approvals for a 49 allotment subdivision in Ohau in the Mackenzie District. Our team played a key role in preparing a development feasibility report, and preparing the resource consent applications for both District and Regional Councils. The Regional Consent required a global approach the sites water supply and discharge of wastewater and stormwater to ground. Site constraints and complexities required careful consideration and input from numerous experts. 

LandPlay are now coordinating the subdivision through the new Records of Title.
