LandPlay is proud to assist a client with the development of 49 rural-lifestyle allotments in Ohau. Our team played a key role in preparing a development feasibility report and the resource consent application. Throughout the project, we coordinated with engineers, surveyors, and other experts. Our ongoing involvement focuses on guiding the project through the final consenting stage and management of the development.
