Located on Highgate Avenue, Christchurch, LandPlay worked with the architect in obtaining resource consent for this exceptionally unique dwelling for our client. The L-shaped open-plan design prioritises wheelchair accessibility, featuring floor levels that accommodate mobility throughout the home.
