Industrial Land Use and Subdivision
Our client sought to establish a new industrial precinct on Marshs Road, on the boundary of Selwyn and Christchurch Districts. The unique site had numerous development constraints, shared infrastructure between District Councils, and the underlying rural zoning required a development strategy that addressed potential conflicts through layout and design, as well as the ongoing function of the industrial land use activities. LandPlay prepared the District and Regional Consents for the projects, which involved subdivision and land use, and provided assistance to the client throughout the physical development of the project.
