Our Team

Landplay, Our Team, Landplay - about land development in New Zealand

The Landplay team was founded by Carl Salmons in 2021. Together with Rose Carnachan and Andrew Ross, we are passionate about identifying and creating development solutions which contribute positively to society and the environment. We believe positive commercial outcomes can go hand in hand with ethical developments, leaving behind legacy projects that developers and future residents can be proud of, and thrive in. We believe a positive project journey is important and work collaboratively with clients and multiple project partners to create an outcome that everyone is proud of.
